Talentpath officially welcomes Kerry McQuillan to the business as Executive Director, stepping in to operationally and strategically lead the business through a new season of growth and operational excellence.

Kerry brings 20 years in the Australian recruitment market, with deep experience inside a global recruitment leader. She’s led from the front building and running high-performing teams which propelled her into senior leadership roles focused on performance, transformation, customer experience, and delivery model design. Her track record is about outcomes: strengthening how teams operate, lifting consistency, and building the structures that make performance scalable.

Talentpath Co-Founders Jody Fazldeen and Dionne Sharp said Kerry’s appointment reflects a clear and deliberate step in strengthening the business’s operational rhythm, leadership capability and service proposition.

Kerry’s executive background includes delivering measurable operational efficiencies and leading large-scale initiatives across complex environments

Kerry’s integration experience will be instrumental as Talentpath continues to work closely with Dixon (a business in which Talentpath holds a majority shareholding) to align ways of working, unlock efficiencies, and pursue new growth opportunities for both organisations, while maintaining distinct brands. “Kerry’s expertise will help Talentpath and Dixon to sharpen operational effectiveness, unlock efficiencies, and strengthen the delivery of recruitment solutions that are high‑quality, scalable and truly centered around customer experience.” said Fazldeen.

Kerry said she was drawn to Talentpath’s reputation for high performance and human leadership and is looking forward to building clarity and consistency across the business.
