Talentpath Announces Leadership Updates to Propel Growth

Talentpath is excited to announce transformative updates to our leadership structure and job titles, reflecting our continued growth and evolution. These changes have been carefully crafted to position Talentpath for long-term success, enhance clarity for our external community, and provide clear career pathways for our internal team. Most importantly, this new structure empowers our leaders to work more strategically, fostering deeper connections with our clients, candidates, and team members 

With a firm focus on operational excellence and strategic growth, this restructuring aligns Talentpath with industry standards while enabling us to deliver even greater impact and value to the businesses and people we partner.

Leadership Structure Updates

We’re excited to announce the following updates to our leadership team:

Dionne Sharp and Jody Fazldeen, Co-Founders and Managing Directors
Our two owners, Dionne and Jody, will now hold the titles of Co-Founders and Managing Directors. Both are dedicated to driving growth and operational capability across Talentpath, ensuring a strong foundation for future success.

Nichole Kain: Director, Specialist Divisions
Previously General Manager of Specialist Divisions, Nichole’s new title is Director, Specialist Divisions. Her core responsibilities of growth and quality delivery remain with enhanced scope and capacity to lead operationally. Nic is excited to deliver elevated coaching and development programs for her team, as well as delivering strategic insights to clients and influencing our candidate engagement plans.

Danielle Wilson: Director, CX & Volume
Formerly General Manager of the CX and Volume Team, Danielle’s role title evolves to Director, CX & Volume. Dan will continue delivering exceptional results with an even stronger focus on strategic leadership, ensuring meaningful connections with her team, clients, and candidates.  Dan’s extensive CX and Volume experience will be key in delivering Talentpath’s exciting growth plans in 2025.

Hayley Morrison: Director, Business Services
Previously Principal Recruitment Partner for Business Services, Hayley has been promoted to Director, Business Services. Hayley will lead and build the Business Services team, driving strategic outcomes for clients, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates. Hayley’s background in building world class Business Services teams will be instrumental in our client acquisition strategies and talent management programs.

Asli Wilde: Associate Director, Projects, Tech & Growth
Asli, formerly Principal Recruitment Partner for Projects and Tech, has been promoted to Associate Director, Projects, Tech & Growth. Asli will play a pivotal role in driving Talentpath’s strategic growth agenda over the coming years, supporting the Co-Founders and Directors and spearheading the expansion of the Projects & Tech division.
