Values-based partnership to accelerate growth for both female-led, Australian-owned businesses
Queensland-based national specialist recruitment firm Talentpath and leading Melbourne recruiters Dixon Appointments are proud to announce the formation of a bold new strategic partnership.
Talentpath co-founders Jody Fazldeen and Dionne Sharp will take a 60% majority share in Dixon Appointments, with Dixon’s current owners Kathryn Fitzgerald and Lucy Ricanek remaining as significant shareholders and leaders of the brand. The partnership is expected to enable both firms to combine their considerable resources for candidates and clients, plus explore new opportunities for growth and optimisation while continuing to operate independently.
“Both businesses saw an opportunity in a partnership that would allow us to grow and accelerate our strategic goals,” said Jody. “There’s deep alignment between us – so much synergy. We’re both very passionate, people-orientated businesses. Our actual sets of values are so similar.”

Clients and candidates on both sides will not be disrupted by the formation of the partnership, and should expect enhanced services moving forwards.
