Talentpath’s three-year strategic plan unveils new business divisions and exponential hiring in 2022 and beyond

Celebrating 15 years in business in April, we are shifting our focus firmly on the future with Director Jody Fazldeen revealing that “the most exciting changes are yet to come”.

We implemented a 3-year strategic plan in July 2021 to build out our capability and deliver a recruitment offering above and beyond what we have ever done before. We have real depth in our existing talent, and with the addition of some exciting new team members, we have set up a great foundation to meet this strategic agenda.

This Financial Year will see top biller Asli Wilde build out a new Talentpath division, Projects & Change. Fazldeen says, “This is an organic move for Asli. After three years in the business, she has proven herself year on year as a specialised and high-performing recruiter who knows what the market needs. This FY Asli worked across high-profile campaigns where she recruited talent to deliver major Project & Change solutions. During the campaign, it was evident she’d found a niche that when nurtured proved to be an invaluable recruitment solution to clients. It makes commercial sense for Asli to build and lead the Project and Change Division for Talentpath. We are thrilled she’s taking on the challenge and are excited to be officially going to market with this capability under our belt”.

Fazldeen says, “We are in the best position we’ve been in for 15 years to support the recruitment across the entire corporate function of our clients. It has always been our goal to be a whole of a business supplier to our clients, but we needed the right recruiters, the right divisions, and the right timing”.

We’re entering this growth phase with optimism and laser focus as we continue to grow and extend our services to the wider Australian market. Our strategy will see additional key leadership hires in the next financial year, as well as important hires in our frontline team across our existing and new divisions. To support and sustain our strategic growth, we are expanding our Operations Team. Fazldeen says, “As of the 1st of July our Operations department will grow to a team of 4. This gives us real capability to meet the innovation targets we’ve set and most importantly, impact the value our clients and candidates experience at the user end”.
