Call Center Consultant - RACQ Member Engagement

About the role:
As a Member Engagement Specialist within the Contact Centre, you will play a key role in:

Receiving incoming calls from RACQ members and communicating in an honest, open, and engaging manner.
Staying calm and composed under pressure, handling complaints or escalated enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Managing day-to-day transactions accurately, in line with RACQ's policies and procedures.
Creating an environment where members feel comfortable sharing their concerns and where their needs are prioritised.

About you:
You’re the kind of person who thrives on helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences. We’re looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
Exceptional empathy, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
You are available to work between 6:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday (with a fortnightly Saturday roster).
You are able to commence a new role on 19th September 2024.
