About the role:
Full time permanent position, starting on Monday 28 July.
Monday – Friday working rotating shifts between 8AM – 6PM.
Please note as part of your application, you will be required to complete competency based testing and attend a group assessment centre on June 25 or 26.
Review and proactively manage allocated home claims within your portfolio, in line with regulatory requirements.
Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally and with empathy.
Interpret policy coverage, determining if coverage applies to submitted claims.
Manage end to end claims fulfilment by coordinating completion of repairs or settlements to customers.
Ensure claims are processed in accordance with policy guidelines, company procedures, approved suppliers and industry laws.
Supporting customers with a range of enquiries with a high standard of customer service, championing the customer experience and claims journey.
About you:
Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 6 months in insurance claims is required to be considered for this role.
Experience in home claims is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with customers in their time of need.
Strong telephony skills, including active listening to assess needs quickly.
Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
Strong ability to work autonomously, staying focused and on track whilst working from home.
High levels of empathy, resilience and the ability to support customers.
